Pirate Pete's Mini-Golf

Saturday 6th May 2017

We were joined today by one of our friends (the one who introduced us) for a nature hike at Phillip Island. Afterwards, we decided to have some fun and stopped at Maru Koala Park for a game of Pirate Pete's Mini-Golf.

On 2 courses that involved pipe runs, our friends ball would get stuck and Dave would then take his shot and knock the other ball loose.

There are a few photo opportunities during the course, that Dave partook in.

Allie was winning at the half way mark but as per usual she then got a couple boundaries and lost. Dave won and our friend came in second.

There are tables, chairs and shade just before the course. You could pack a picnic to enjoy before or after your game or visiting the rest of the park. The Peacocks seemed to appreciate the shade while we were there and were using as a shelter from the rain.

There could be better upkeep, the greens needed a vacuum as they were covered in nearby sand.
