The day we arrived in San Francisco, we checked into our hotel, Chancellor Hotel On Union Square (chosen for the convenience of our overnight Yosemite National Park trip, see post here). We then met up with our friend whose trip just happened to overlap ours. We boarded a trolley and headed to Fishermans Wharf.
After walking the Wharf and getting a few photos, we decided to walk to Lombardo Street. This is the famous curvy street as seen in the opening of the Full House credits. Let's just say these hills are great for working out your gluts. We all agreed that we would not want to be one of the people who reside here. There were tourists everywhere walking down the steps, taking photos and driving down the street very slow with selfie sticks hanging out the windows.
We then walked back to Fishermans Wharf as we had walked in the opposite direction of Pier 39 and we all wanted to see some Sea Lions. We then all caught an Uber to our reservations at Tonga room (see the Tonga Room and Burger Bar post here).
The next day, we visited the Walt Disney Family Museum (see Walt Disney Family Museum post here), and afterwards seeing as we were already in the Presidio walked over to Letterman Digital Arts Centre to get photos with the Yoda Fountain. We then caught an uber to the Golden Gate Bridge and walked just over 1/4 way before turning back and heading out to dinner at a Burger Bar (see the Tonga Room and Burger Bar post here).
